The Village Gate bridges the unique and challenging topography of the given site with the surrounding community. The interlocking building blocks create opportunities for residents and their neighbors to intermingle. Various community programs and green space throughout the project fulfills what the adjacent neighborhood lacks. Residential units promote and accommodate various resident types and sizes. Access to the existing topography and greenery is maintained through both visual and physical connection from the project to immediate nature.
